Proposal review, fine-tuning and contract finalisation, including all costing.
Framework setup, including building the online environment similar to a NEXT project but connecting all operational dots with the selected partners.

The core processes under an HORIZON MaaS arrangement include:
Strategy, funding and planning – Although this is fundamentally a client’s responsibility, cloudyBoss can provide strategic, funding and planning advices where required
Product/service development – This is fundamentally a client’s responsibility however cloudyBoss could provide a fully localised co-creation platform for continuous product development
Product/service production/sourcing – Depending on the service/product, CB may be able to setup/organise via its partner network the provision of:
– centralised multilingual contact centre resources or field services – outsourced manufacturing facilities – a suitable supply chain
Purchasing would be managed via the cloudyBoss platform with, where need be, localised supplier invoicing/re-invoicing via a cloudyBoss proxy branch (including approval workflow)
Settlement would be managed via the CB platform with either centralised or localised payments via a cloudyBoss proxy branch (including approval workflow)
Product/service marketing – Depending on the service/product, cloudyBoss may be able to setup/organise via its partner network the provision of centralised and/or localised marketing resources
Product/service selling – This would be managed via the cloudyBoss platform with, where need be, localised invoicing/re-invoicing via a cloudyBoss proxy branch
